At The Beachwaver Co., we want you to love your hair tools and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original components and cords are included to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
